Why does the proto sprite for Komodo Joe look BETTER than the final one?
Well @Superjustinbros, the Japanese mugshots have been ripped already!
Also, I noticed something, Polar's mugshot in CTR looks like a Japanese render. I dunno why, but it just looks out of place.
