If all of the enemy NPCs only have a couple overworld sprites, I'd say to combine them on one sheet.
How about having him share the sheet with Lesser Dog?
Should Greater Dog (Overworld) have it's own solo sheet or should I just leave it for something like "Monster NPCS"?
