I assume that the blank Flowey would appear after completing a successful Genocide run in the demo?
The demo was made in Gamemaker 8. The sprites shown above are unused, they are from the demo.

the demo wasn't made in game maker studio, it was made in game maker 8, infact that's what the game used untill 2 months before the final release

They're unused in the final game, and there isn't a "Demo" section (and there doesn't need to be one). So they'd go in unused.
It Isn't Unused. Thel ALL Were In The Demo.
I think its the one you get after you complete the demo's Genocide run.
