i think photoshop flowey has the most sprites in the game
I can imagine it's an absolute PAIN IN THE A to actually put all the sprites together.
@The Herp Derpinator I believe the reason only "Hope" is a sprite is during the final phase of photoshop flowey (when he's def drops to 0) You get healing items as you fight, including the word "hope", since during the book part the text just moves horizontally, it wouldn't need a sprite as it'd be better to draw the text, but since the text during the final phase needs to rotate toby made a sprite.
That's just my theory though.
