I think Toby removed her because her battle is too much like Greater Dog's battle.
@SonicHex It's a she. There's also unused text for the battle.
why did toby scrap this enemy in dev process? it would have been nice to see him/her as a battle in the final game ( i know that the battle is in the demo)
