Now, this might sound stupid, but I always thought Sega owned this series. Like, on the ownership meaning.
@Dolphman Oh, ok. I never did know that they were working on this game.
@DogToon64, They delayed it after listening to criticism over the early game footage. Two publisher deals didn't happen. So the team decided to self-publish the game and release it themselves. On the downside, the physical version is published by Limited Run Games.
And boy do they live up to the "Limited" part of their name, which seriously sucks for those who want to avoid digital versions.
