@Toybonnie183 If you're on a modern Windows PC you can get Sega PC reloaded to get it working
I think a menu from here is unripped so I could try seeing if I could rip it and its assets some day.
@Bromaster Windows 98 says that for a lot of things at complete random. Try again.

Isn't there a patch you can download? I remember seeing it at Sonic Retro.
Being incompatible with modern PCs would likely be the reason Taxman's version got approved and released.

I actually have this version and yet I can't get it to work.
@Akira Actually the PC version has higher resolution in game sprites in a bit map folder as well as a high resolution title screen
if anyone does not know why there is not anything else after the exclusives from this version, it's because all the other assets are from the CD version (I THINK.)
