I just wanted to point out: The Encyclo-speed-ia calls the Mass-Produced series "Silver Sonic", while at the same time calling the original Master Robot from the 8-bit game "Mecha sonic", so the sprite sheet is right, while the title is inaccurate.

Just gonna point out - this sheet does not have tile perfect sprites; the user has to do it manually if they desire a tile-based or 8x8 grid and guess where they are placed relative to the tiles. Also, it doesn't have looping information. It also just says "Metal Sonic", with no explanation to what each set of frames is for.

You can, all the sheet asks is that you credit SEGA (which shouldn't be too hard since it shows up on start by default) but why use ripped Metal Sonic sprites when the very same sprites are already in the game you're modding?

Oh no, I’m not disputing that. I meant that the name Silver Sonic for the Genesis version of the robot came from the Archie comics. The one in the MS/GG version is the true Silver Sonic.

The phrase "the Silver Sonic" was in the MS/GG version's instruction book for this robot. Trust me, I've read it many times. At the very least, I know for a fact it was in the GG version's.
