that one noisey sprite is terrifying
It is controlled by The Noise's palette, yes. His skin colour changes for certain palettes, and the shadowed skin colour is the exact same shade of brown as the car seat, so it was assigned the green placeholder seen here and set to #A03800 (R160 G56 B0) in-game to prevent conflicts.
its something to do with the outifts which it probably has to do with the super one
If I may ask, does anyone know why the highlight color for the seats are neon green? I know it's not like that in-game, and I know for a fact that Peppino's aren't like this internally.
Added the missing shadow sprite for the Noisey, plus the older version of said sprites.
