For anyone wondering where this is in the final game:
It's in a secret room in Fun Farm. Before the first Priest, you'll notice a few semisolid platforms below the ground. By breaking a hidden breakable block, you can reach the platforms. Below the platforms is the secret room. Breaking the Mort Cube will give you an achievement.
