This was Used in the Unused Noise Crusher Boss in the GOLF Demo, The Boss Had Some Unique Sprites for the Head UI which was Sadly Overwritten by the Playable Noise Heads

As far as I know of, the Pizza Health Bar is going to be used for the "Pizza HP" system in the Gnome Forest level according to Thing of the week 7: The obligatory forest maze and gnome pizza delivery level, and this gameplay video for Gnome Forest.
