So, this font can be downloaded at here, and it's licensed under: GPL V2+ & Font Embedding Exception, OR SIL Open Font License V1.1.
According to my "research" (I just stumbled upon a webpage), this font is from the GNU Unifont project. Source.
Call me crazy but I think that this is one of the fonts that come bundled with Microsoft Windows...
