I don't personally follow Ms. Aa, I only know what people in similar situations in the past have done.

If you want to make stuff up and stir the pot with it, I recommend becoming a restaurant chef.
- Cover had to go public in March 2023 and their focus went from streaming to more profitable concerts, events, etc. (change in direction)
- Also if a company grows, everything becomes more strict, more focused, more rules and a bigger work target to achieve, which is not for everyone (disagreements with management)
- And last but not least, personal decisions of streamer xy we know nothing about. Maybe using their experience to become their own boss? No asking for game permissions anymore?
In the end, there is no 100% clear answer unless the streamer tells us about it. It's certainly not toxic idol culture, which would enable the company to intrude into the private life of the streamer (for example: forbidding relationships).
I will miss the shork too, but it's for the best. I just looked up an analysis for Ash again and apparently, there was a lot of mental struggle going on:

In any case, I wish her nothing but the best and hope she becomes happy and be able to fullfill her dreams.

@Doc von Scmeltwick Given how sad she sounded in the same video, yeah...

Wonder how much of her decision is fueled by being tired of HoloLive's predatory and abusive idol culture-based business practices?

It's sad to see her go. (And because of that announcement video, Cover Corporation's stock started dropping hard!)

Gura is graduating soon, I'm gonna miss her...
