Super late but two other differences between this and GBA is that the sprites for the Demon Wall and Zeromus were replaced with the original SNES ones, since the GBA version had shrunk them down to fit a smaller screen.

This also means they both retain the SNES original's darker colours instead of retaining the brightened ones from the GBA sprites.

Not counting the playable characters in this sheet, I think the only main differences that these have from the one on Advance is that 1. The sylphs and 2. The enemy sprite are slightly more brighter.
