@Protea I've checked it, apparently some of the sprites really are at 200% size. It's common to modern games that use pixel art to resize the graphics to fit modern resolutions, otherwise it would be tiny and difficult to see. If you need the 100% size, you can open this in an image editor to resize it to 50% the size with the nearest neighbor filter.
Did you rip this at 200% size or something? The size of it all seems off for some reason.
