Heads aren't quite the NGPC fighting game style, though there might be some The Last Blade: Beyond the Destiny influence. Most of them just look like Kunio-kun styled sprites to me.

Why do half the sprites in this game look like someone stole Capcom vs SNK for neo geo pocket assets and hastily edited them?
