Delete this until somebody makes a Microsoft Agent page, Bonzi Software never made this guy he was a launch character for Microsoft Agent alongside Genie, Robby and Merlin

I have a stupid theory, that Parrotmon is Peedy.
According to Parrotmon's official description from the Digimon Reference Book, it is said that Parrotmon is a Bird Digimon that wandered from another Digital World through a space-time rift. Nanimon has a similar case but different, it arrived in the Digital World from another dimension in order to invade it. Of course, that Digimon is actually Oyajitchi from the Tamagotchi universe.
