For those who don't know, the shader in question can be found under the filename oldtv.fs and oldtv.vs in the shaders folder of your extracted resources folder. Although I'm pretty sure it's hardcoded to only apply to Dogma-specific objects, like the item and his sprite.
I know that, the game does it for you
I can't include the shader's code into this sprite sheet.
A shader is used to turn this color into static, if you don't know that.
