Well, that's nice to hear. It makes sense to to use the year or developer if they're both on the same system when that happens. Thanks for clearing that up.

The "short name" has now been adjusted, too. Either way, if I recall correctly, if there happens to be two games with the exact same names, it would add an extra number to the end of the newer one.
But as for how you'd differentiate two games with the same name, we'd simply have either the year or the developer in brackets at the end of the game's name.

I'm glad I could help, but the link to this section is still the same. I'm wondering what would happen if assets from the other game got uploaded on here. Would it be mixed in with assets from this game or would it be separated in some manner that I'm not aware of? This could be a bit of a problem with some games that share the same name on the same system (most likely going to be on PC). I know of two games that would have this issue kind of issue for PC offhand:
Area 51
Prince of Persia
Area 51
Prince of Persia

@Jinzo-Advance: That is true, so I've changed the game's name accordingly.

This game has a different name now. I believe it is called Before the Echo. There is another game called Sequence. Both are on Steam, which makes it confusing.
