Why didn't they make everyone's flags small? I didn't even notice that Luigi's was small in game. so it would've saved some space to just have everyone's small. Then they could've used the space they would save for updates.

@ReverseDmitry the file includes all the pixel data, and if there's less pixels, the file size is smaller then if there were more, so if luigi's flag is as big as the rest, the file size would be a lot larger.

Still makes no sense. I am sure it's done by Nintendo but... really? Also, how can it lower file size? It's not NES/SNES where every sprite costs precious memory
