@AesTheFox It's just a theory, but the reason why the sprites are duplicated is because in the SMB1 gamestyle the coin used unique frames for both the "wait" animation, and the "collected" animation; it could just be a leftover for the pink coin in the other styles, even if it's the same frames for both animations for every gamestyle (sans SM3DW because of obvious reasons).

The smw fireball death sprite is used in smb1, and smb3.

That's weird... Why would they duplicate the sprites if it's the same thing? I mean, the 10/30/50 coins work like that...

@LBlueTheSpriter: The first four frames are the default "wait" animation, the last four are the "fast" variant after being collected. Likewise for the regular coin's animations.

why is there 2 animations for the pink coins
or is it an 8 frame animation
or is it an 8 frame animation

why is the lava and poison a different size than the water?

@heurgo: It's on the respective tileset sheet.

where's the activated turn block sprite

oh I kinda wish there were sprites because the thing I use to create sprites (RealWorld Cursor Editor) rotates sprites with transparency and stuff =/

@LewisTehCat28: There are no unique sprites, the sprites are rotated in-engine.

where do I find the rotations for the arrow? I'm pretty sure you can rotate it in game.

@Random Talking Bush: *Tohru shrugging face from Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid*

oh

@LewisTehCat28: Tons of games use placeholder objects, even dating back to the NES and SNES era. It's not really that unusual.

wait then what is the point of the sprite if it's immediately replaced?

@LewisTehCat28: Those are the actual "object" sprites for them, though, in-game they are immediately swapped out with the ones seen on the Tileset submission.

Can someone please fix the donut lift, because that's not the actual sprite

ever realize that the bumper is sentient

What happened to the donut lift? Were they changed in an update?
