If only the unused icons were upscaled..

It looks like these were probably either from Ninty's archives or AI-upscaled with a bit of editing done to them :L

Yeah I get those same vibes from the HUD font, but the rest looks good with very little upscaling artifacting.
Some of these like the copyright from the title screen looks like they did they refined more manually I guess, if you get what I mean.

I do strongly feel like some of these things used upscaling AI, because it took me 2 minutes to find a website that upscales images and when i plopped some textures from SM64 in I got very similar results to the images here

How'd you open the rpt textures in useable format?

I mean, it still IS the original Shindou ROM, just with patches applied to it.

weird that the Key icon is here, that was never used.

The upscales here don't really look the best IMO.
