@Random Talking Bush: Can you please add back the additional courses for MK8?
The Super Bell Subway and other courses are the wrong size and also the left and right sides have been cut off.

Added the Booster Course Pass Wave 5 images.
@GoDreauEnterYamient: As mentioned in the line of text above it, those were how they looked before Wave 2 released. They're so far the only ones to get replaced in the following update.
Why are the Wave 1 images at the bottom when they are already grouped with the other 96 above.
@Random Talking Bush: Most of these courses are ones that I have played on previous consoles.

Added the Booster Course Pass Wave 4 images.
This game has so many courses now.
Added the Booster Course Pass Wave 3 images.
Added the Booster Course Pass Wave 2 images (which also includes updated Wave 1 images).
Added the Booster Course Pass Wave 1 images, and fixed a bizarre transparency issue that I somehow missed.

@sheat: Not sure what you mean by that, these images are all as they were in the game's data.
