Added notes regarding Peachette's, Diddy Kong's, Funky Kong's and Pauline's parts (none are new), and condensed all the duplicates (which affects the Pipe Frame, mostly).

Could the same be done for other repeated parts? For example, the pink Pipe Frame appears six times in the sheet because six different characters use it. It seems a little weird that only some parts specify they're used by different characters.
Added notes regarding Petey Piranha's, Wiggler's and Kamek's parts (none are new, they just re-use existing ones).
Added Birdo's Pipe Frame. The Standard parts all seem to be shared with Toadette's.
Added the Master Cycle Zero parts and Champion Tunic Link's icons (yes, they are ever-so-slightly different than regular Link's for some reason).
