In the Symphony/Physical release future, he's in front of Dampe's house.
He deserves his own sheet.
Well given the amount of random obscure nods to all sorts of games in the franchise, that's definitely intentional.
Cojiro was also the name of the blue Cucco in Ocarina of Time.
@TriforceTony: I'm really not sure, but it is listed in the game's localization file as "Cojiro".
Is the second set of Cuccos unused?
