Well, I got rid of the background and properly indexed Heart's sprites thanks to tunglashor's program HIPster and Geordan9's BBTAG Asset Decrypter.
These sprites also came from the PC version of the game, although to my knowledge, the sprites shouldn't be any different from the Switch version.
