I always thought the dizzy one looked drunk.
Also kinda odd the sprites seem to take after his American/DiC design, especially with how the quills and brow ridge look.

For the most part it doesn't look terrible, until you get to the bottom two rows of the sheet. Then the spriters gave up.
Anyone else notice how in his “electrocuted” sprite his nostrils on his skull are clearly misaligned with his actual nose. Also, he appears to have a humanoid skull when he’s a hedgehog.
Joel: Good face there Sonic, you look good.
That falling on the ground sprite of Sonic doesn't look right.
