@RaguRando Those are likely tile borders, or outlines in the individual tiles that make up the sprites. If you want to use them without them, just paste the image into MS Paint, use the eyedropper tool, and fill in the cyan portion.
I get that Tom smoked in the original shorts multiple times, but this is ridiculous!
