This is the game that brought us Grilled Mormons.

https://tcrf.net/Takeshi_no_Chousenjou Im going to include this page here so others can see the unused sprites there since they are not on this site yet.

@smedis2 Im not sure if you are aware about the typo with your grammar but allow me to fill you in myself! its undoubtedly one of the most bizarre and yet mysterious video game in Nes history! even the commercial that promote this game made no sense! and addition to the weirdness of the game, theres a hidden trick not many know that if you punch a hundred times on the title screen you could warp to the cave where the treasure is but Im not sure if you still get a bad ending this way since it will bypass everything through the game including the part where you have to kill the old guy who gives you the map and betrays you! There is a translation patch for this game but knowing this game was never officially translated, the translation might be inaccurate since Nes games usually don't feature bad language plus alcohol wouldn't fly with NOA's super strict standards with Nes games lmao.

Undoubtedly one of the video games ever made.

I feel that Takeshi's Challenge would actually work very well in modern gaming as an indie game

Someone should change the name to Takeshi's Challenge.
