Revision sent: Reripped and added a bunch. Moved text to another sheet, and included the pause and time-up text on it. Removed flashes as those aren't really particle effects either, and they are elsewhere now.

Trying to re-rip this, but I'm having trouble figuring out where the puff under the splash, above the map screen poof, and left of the bubble/tornado particles is used.
EDIT: Found it, it's one of four possible waterfall-on-head effects.

Moved level objects to a different sheet, as they are not particle effects. Added cloud effects from Airship stages. Uses consistent NEStopia palette.

@Greater_UltraMan Thanks for letting me know!

Try checking the Battle Mini Game for the smaller 1up (somebody knocks out a card out of their opponent, then collects it I think they get a small 1up symbol above themselves). For three mushroom cards it's 2up, for three flower cards it's 3up, and for three star cards it's 5up. Getting these cards from a level gives you the larger icon, while in the Mini Game the smaller.

@DogToon64 No no, i don't mean those ones, i mean small versions of the 2up, 3up and 5up that look like the 1up in levels.

@ComputerBoi13: They're used when you get either three super mushrooms, three fire flowers, or three stars in a row at the end of most levels.

In the game graphics i found small 2up, 3up and 5up variants of the 1up in levels, my question is they are used?, if anyone knows pls tell me.
