Then it's a BLUEper. Get it?

I like underground palette Blooper.

oof

@RTB Oh, sorry i didn't saw. xD

@mateusjosegames: Already answered on the same page here, they're from All Night Nippon Super Mario Bros.

Where those alternate Goombas and Piranha Plants came from?

@Goji How about no? Due to the reasons I stated below, that's misleading.
Now, if instead of "unused," you say "does not normally appear with this color combination in unaltered hardware," that might be reasonable, though that's a lot to say. "Unused" is just plain wrong, though, and that's not getting into things like Minus World. Also, I'd say ditch the "purple square" idea entirely, as that is completely misleading.

Hey guys im going to revamp the original Mario enemies pallete by pallete. Blue squares means its used, Pink squares means its unused, Green squares means its unused but used in the lost levels, and the Purple squares means its unused but used in later Mario games.

@Goji By virtue of being the same as the gray one, it is not technically "unused" as an entity, just a palette combination. Either way, please stop capitalizing the first letter of every word, that honestly makes that hard to read, particularly on a lengthy comment.

Fun Fact: The Green Cheep Cheep That Was Later Used In Newer Mario Games, Is Actually Unused. And Its Not Used In The Lost Levels Either, Although If You Put It In The Level Editor Of The Original Mario Bros, It Remains Green. The Green Cheep Cheep Is Used In This Game But You See It Grey In Underwater Levels Instead Of Green.

@SonicTron Nay, two, or three if one counts Lost Levels. And THAT's only if one counts all the Fake Bowsers as the same, even though they technically aren't. Bowser's only fought in the World 8 castle.

@Snessy the duck He's talking about the tiles 4-5 (Nippon Goomba), 12 (Koopa shell about to unhide), 13 (Piranha Plant with open mouth) and 15-16 (Nippon Piranha). Howerver all are present in the original SMB but 4-5 and 15-16, since these are presented in the All Night Nippon SMB.

@said In an old Shogakukan. The American Lost Levels guide said it was his twin, and current JP sources say he's "unknown." Either way "Blue Bowser" is an unofficial name.

I remember that the Blue Bowser in Lost Levels is actually Bowser's younger brother

@Snessy the duck
I think he's talking about the All Night Nippon SMB sprites.
