What happened to the background?
I thought it was Sonic 3D Blast 5 with Knuckles until I pressed start and saw Sonic
These title screen sprites aren't too bad for a bootleg NES game!
I REALLY wonder where that 5 graphic came from, it doesn't look like the work made in the rest of the game...
