Was easier to look up than I thought it would be. It's from the Jetman sentai series but it's a whole new sprite compared to the Jetman game.

For a bootleg i can say this is an even a better Zyuranger videogame than the official Zyuranger game on Famicom
This is super damn impressive for a bootleg, it probably plays terrible but man this could've been released officially and it would have been treated like an "official" port.
