@Yawackhary It's actually a rather complex ROM hack of Road Fighter.
Don't know why but this reminds me of Power Boat Simulator on the Amstrad/Spectrum. Highly doubt that whoever made this game was inspired by that game especially if it was programmed in Taiwan/China where the computers didn't exist. Probably something like Monaco GP/Road Fighter with a different setting or Spy Hunter when you're in the boat...
