@Chilln't even tough I knew Frosty had that sprite I never noticed it was missing from here, I also happen to have video footage of it so I will upload a revision and send the video when I can; Also even if it was unused it could still go in this sheet since unused sprites are allowed.

I noticed that one of Mr. Frosty's sprites (this one) isn't present here. I assume this is either due to an assumption the sprite goes unused or simply not knowing the sprite exists, when in actuality it does indeed appear in the final product: the instance of which it appears in is just stupidly, stupidly niche.
As Kirby's Adventure's TCRF page (the only documentation on this) phrases the condition, "If he doesn't have enough room behind him to walk backwards to toss an ice cube (by carefully tricking him into stopping right before hitting a wall), he will fall on his head with this animation, and cause him to ram forwards into the wall." (I think the writer of the page meant "it" will fall on his head and not "he".)
I'd provide video evidence if I could, but I've only ever successfully pulled this off once accidentally; never again could I make it happen, intentionally or otherwise.

It's clear that Mr. Frosty is a walrus, but why does he look so much like a penguin with sunglasses when he's looking up?

This will be the best fight ever!!!
