Yeah, that's probably it. I think it might also be due to how time-consuming it is to properly rip stuff. Zelda 2 took little less than a month for me to rip what I did, and even then the section is still incomplete, although it's mostly just the little things like the title screen and menus.
As for what I'll do next, honestly I'm not sure. Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters seems like the most obvious choice... ehh, I'll think about it.

@MisterMike I think it's because people did them 15 years ago before ripping was easy and everyone just thinks that's good enough.

Thanks! Honestly, this game should've been re-ripped a long time ago. I mean, the rips that used to be here were from Shyguy Kingdom. SHYGUY KINGDOM. That's around 2004/2006. That website isn't even around today.
You'd think that Kid Icarus Uprising coming out in 2010 and effectively revitalizing the franchise, as well as the Smash game keeping it fresh in people's minds ever since, would've spurned someone to go back and re-rip this before I decided to do so.
In fact, I find myself asking why it appears a lot of the biggest NES and SNES games here seem to be so poorly ripped...
