Overhauled this again, it now includes all the tile sets and has spaces to fill in text rather than show default. Also I included the full screen size shown in the graphics data and added the few sprite overlays (namely the crab and the floating balloons). Speaking of balloons, the mostly blank thing in the score section is meant to replace balloons the crab has cut as part of the saving animation.
Apparently the appearance of the service data screen could be updated with Nintendo's "disk fax" service back in the day, but that would require a physical copy that had gone through it back in '87. Anyways, I've added some more default-state screens accessible by hitting the select button on the name register, which also replace the other two screens on the main menu in Professional Course (and probably Champions Course).
