Yes and no. It wasn't officially called the Vampire Killer until Bloodlines, it was only referred to as a whip beforehand. Maybe afterwards, have to find a decent scan of the Dracula X manuals.

@Jose_el_Pro Yeah. Most whip-wielding characters in the series use it.
As i have understood the whip was named Vampire Killer, isn't it?
