@Max Ward Considering the Legacy of Cheetahmen/Action 52, I'm not at all surprised..
the mess of pixels is this game's Brainy, the evil twin of Robbie. His sprites were overwritten by Aries', which resulted in the absolute mess you can see here. Just like on the cheetahman's sheet, the green bits in the pieces are a different color in the raw sprites, but the palette used for them make that bit the same yellow as the rest of the fur.
