In Vs. Balloon Fight, there are actually two fonts, and the only difference between them is the R and P tiles. One font is used in the mode selection screen, the other is used in-game.
Or at least inconsistent with the screen that I'm looking at. The only other possible reason is that the font changed between versions.
The P is wrong.
