@DZTVE Probably because those tracks were (Presumably) composed by Brad Buxer and Michael Jackson. I would want to explain it but it's a really long story from Sonic 3's development.

I wish the Neo Geo Pocket had more Sonic games. This is the only Sonic game on the system.

@ICSYT It is the Adventure-era Sonic. You can tell because the eyelids are skin-colored, but the eyes themselves are green.
