The other one was leftover from when the server had crashed a long time ago and they had to reupload stuff from old archives and the sheets' IDs. IIRC my sheet had straight up replaced the other one, so any time you see 2 sheets of the same thing, it's likely an obsolete entry that got accidently re-upped.

Metal Gear 2 originally only came out on the MSX2 (later ported to Japanese mobiles and then on Metal Gear Solid 3 Subsistence by Aspect) so it's not that...
Having checked the two sheets, the one ripped by Deathbringer is good. The other is really an old sheet and does seem rather glitchy, it was captured and the ripper didn't remove the background properly having stray pixels on the sprites so they aren't clearly ripped. A part of the sheet also seems to be edited and that life bar doesn't seem right... Plus I have my doubts that the ripper ripped the portraits as well (the replacement ones done in the modern style were in MGS 3 and PS2 emulation back then never mind PS3/360/Vita was rather ropey).

I believe one is the MSX version, with a pallet similar to the NES(and the NES Metal Gear sprites to compare with as a bonus) and the other is from the MSX2 version? I could be wrong on that. But they're clearly different sheets with different sprites(one has the mugshots and communication sprites, the other has NPCs and item pickups), and should probably be more clearly labeled as to what they are.
