Yeah, I agree as well. Hated these chuckle-f*ck bastards in SOD. I don't think the worst part about them is the amount of them, but rather the fact they don't make ANY NOISE upon waking up. I played Brutal Wolfenstein recently (very good total conversion mod for Doom btw, it improves a lot over the original games IMO), and these guys were less horrible because you can hear footsteps and predict where they're going. But yeah, I'm still in the middle of episode 2 and hate these guys a lot as well.

@16-Bit Globe It's honestly not that bad as long as you're patient and don't speed through the levels.

@16_Bit Globe I beat all of SOD (including the mission packs) on Death Incarnate, pistol starting every level, and not using any mid-level saves.
word of advice, never play spear on death incarnate. actually just dont play spear in general its masochistic and it has a lot of mutant spam

@Keenfan1990 There's an extra hand implanted in the chest holding the pistol, so they wave to make it trigger I guess.
Also, they're a bitch to deal with, especially on harder difficulties. Probably why they're exclusive to Episode 2
