It is even worse than that! Nearly the same demon earlier appeared in Hovertank 3d and something very much like it was also the angel of death in Spear of Destiny.
Huh. I guess they reused this for the Pinky, Baron, and Cyberdemon for DOOM. As it mostly looks like a Pinky, acts like a Baron, and has the head of a Cyberdemon. Interesting...
