This level feels more at home in Sonic Mania, not CD. Probably cause Mirage Saloon was based off of this and Dust Hill Zone.
@Danny Jarquin This went unused due to time and authenticity reasons. Same thing happened to Final Fever.

@CC2.0: Nah, I don't think this was in the files for PC but who knows. This only exists for Mobile somehow.

@tarkan809: Hm, IDK... I honestly don't know how DarkVampireDee even managed to rip the layout as it is, it seems like it'd be very difficult to do such a thing, especially as the tiles are laid out in a specific, frustrating to organize, way.

DarkVampireDee in fact has one made in a zip archive which you can download from his Deviantart page. It also includes this whole map, along with Final Fever Zone.
I wish someone would make a tileset of this.
The closest we'll ever get of it officially. Shame they scrapped it.
