@Märck Pineda this game isn't unofficial, it has been licensed by SEGA.

@DaviPixel-j true, if you make fun of Brazil, you go to Brazil

Never make fun of Brazil.

You think there was at some point a plan for Street Fighter 1, or maybe it's hellspawn cousin Human Killing Machine? Something to think about.

@gabz465123 It wasn't the case of Sega turning down the game but rather that the Master System was dead nearly everywhere else at this point. The only other place that would have got the game would have been Europe but the writing was on the wall by 1994 (the last game was Cheese Cat-Astophe in 1995). Since Street Fighter 2 came out in September 1997, Brazil was the only market left. Looking at the credits, it seems to be a co-developed joint between Capcom and TecToy (Capcom provided the assets/the go ahead while the Brazilians developed the game, most of the credits are copied from Street Fighter 2: SCE on the Genesis though). Also looking at the assets they seem to be based on both the Genesis version of Street Fighter 2: SCE and Super Street Fighter 2 but altered to fit around the Master System limitations.
I'm surprised that there wasn't a Game Gear version but Capcom strongly supported Nintendo until the PS1 and the Saturn came out.

@Benny The Miraj actually, it isn't a pirated version, it was actually aproved by capcom and released as a official game. it was only released in brazil, because sega wasn't intrested in releasing the game on other countrys

You're going to Brazil

No wonder, but I was almost tempted to take back my statement on pirated feel. It arguably looks WORSE than pirated. ...most, anyway.

@Benny The Miraj that's because it's kinda pirate this is unofficial the game has been ported by Tec Toy a brazilian game company that ports the game gear and SNES games to master system and others like battlemaniacs that's beacause the master system was more popular in Brazil than the Genesis

The backgrounds are quite sad looking. It kind of has a pirated feel.

You should upload them anyway, we should start uploading more of the unused content of games on this site anyway.

Had a quick look since I ripped the fighters a long time ago via the ROM, only things that are unused are some text graphics and the Sega logo.

We gotta dig deep into this game's coding to see if there's any unused stuff.
