No, i recreated the Marble zone music from scratch. I was on a "roll" changing all music, so i also changed this tune.
The unused Marble tune from the SMS version is very nice, but not accurate. It is faster and has some echo in the lead, which is not there in the Genesis/MD song.

The additional slot of the unused music in the rom was very convenient though. I have used it to make the boss and end boss music different.
