Ok, all the other Act 4s are acceptable. This one makes Ms. Pac Man have a lot of flippin' ketchup.
I've always had a soft spot for this version just because of the vulnerable ghosts briefly looking like they have :3 faces.
The fact that you can see the eyes from the back of Pac-Man's head is just 
Ugly
Pac-Man looking at the screen looks to friggin creepy.
