Nostalgic! Brings back good memories as a kid

Sorry @Random Talking Bush

@Nontendo11: No, it doesn't help (a couple of easy-to-spot sections split up does not equal "decompilation"), and considering said link also has the complete ROM file included, that's not allowed here either.

Guys, I found this decompilation of the game: *snip*
I hope it helps you!!!
I hope it helps you!!!

i completely forgot this game existed lol

this is making me want a leapster lol

Just curious:
When everything is up, do you plan on sharing any information you've figured out involving the format? I mainly want to add support for it to my Leapster ROM extraction script for the sake of completeness (it currently extracts the title info, almost all of the audio-related assets, SWFs and obtains/splits the DPAK files if it finds them). I will credit you if anything does get shared.

@BLINXGLITCHES: Sure enough, it seemed like it exported those sprites just fine, too.
(EDIT: Well, almost fine, some sprites exported broken, so I'll have to see what's up with that.)

Oh, and a bit of a fun fact:
The Go, Diego, Go! game uses the exact same engine. The way the DPAK is structured is the same too, meaning you could likely adjust your script to work on that one too when you want to.
(Counting on Zero and the other Torus titles use a different format and the data is structured a bit differently though)

@BLINXGLITCHES: I dumped pretty much every sprite from this game already using a script I'd written a few years ago, so I'll be working on filling this page up in due time.

Currently working on adding support for Torus Games DPAK containers to LeapSplit (the tool I've been making specifically for Leapster research), but figuring out where the sprites actually get assembled is a bit tricky... I've figured out the palettes and tile data, all that's needed is info on how the sprites get assembled.
Update:
Turns out, some of the Torus GBA games store sprites in the same way. Will use those for research.
Another update:
The format is a little different, so never mind.
Last update:
Actually, I was wrong. The format is identical. That said, out of respect for RTB (who has already put a ton of effort into ripping this game), I will refrain from ripping any of the uncompressed, non-Flash sprites from this game.
