@Yawackhary Oh I thought there was or wasn't another emulator that was specially purposed for LCD electronic games.
I guess holding on to the toy for sentimental value reasons if grew up with said toy is the reason why can't give it away for ROM dumping.
Wonder if there's any LCD bootleg games preserved too just like the bootleg console games, but I don't think so. There's a Digimon Pendulum bootleg, (though unfortunately rare), where Snoopy, Hello Kitty, and Pikachu are raiseable, though I don't know if they can evolve or not. Here's footage of the bootleg in question (The three show up at 5:24 timestamp):

@DigitalDiamal If there's ANY emulator that would take on the job, it would be MAME. Yes, it covers more than just arcade games. In terms of LCD... It can emulate Game & Watch, Tiger Electronics, Tamagotchi, Pokémon Mini and those are the ones that I can name.

Sadly it doesn't seem Rugrats Gigapet is one of those, on the grounds that no one dumped the ROMs or any of the team own the machines. Unless the "ripper" doesn't want to part with the device, maybe give one of the MAMEDevs a bell and see what they say.

The old Brick Game handhelds are another one that isn't emulated and think that's down to the machine uses one of those globs rather than a ROM.

@Gurjinter Is there really a LCD games emulator? Cause' I feel like there isn't any yet as no one I believe has figured out the ROM of such games unless there is I've haven't known about.

@Gurjinter I took videos of the device then went frame by frame redrawing them

@Gurjinter They probably took screenshots and recreated the sprites.

wondering how the ripper managed to extract these, assuming they didn't use a emulator
